Reader – Full Registration $189
Includes:
All convention events from Thursday – Sunday
Welcome bag filled with swag from attending authors
One full dinner and two breakfasts, possibly more depending on budget
Ticket to the Multi-Author book signing


Reader – Weekend Registration $119

Includes:
Friday night dinner and event: Boots, Chaps, and Cowboy Hats  (8:00 PM – Midnight)
All events on Saturday
Ticket to the Multi-Author book signing
Sunday morning farewell event
(excludes chair dancing – tickets sold separately)
Welcome bag filled with swag from attending authors
One full dinner and one breakfast
Registration begins at 4:00 PM Friday

Blogger $169
Includes:
All convention events from Thursday – Sunday

Book Signing Only $25
*Saturday 10/23 10:30 – 1:00*
(includes swag bag full of swag)
Tickets available at the door. Avoid the lines and register early.
Early registration guarantees you a ticket and
entrance at 10:00 with conference attendees

All author companion tickets (spouses, assistants, etc) are $99.

*Limit one companion ticket per full author registration*

Tickets for the BOOTS, CHAPS, AND COWBOY HATS event are on sale for $30 per person. This is for the event ONLY and will only be allowed admittance from 7:00 pm – 12:00 am on Friday night.
Included in full registration.

Cover model Information regarding registration

– Models joining the conference will not be charged registration but will have to cover travel/hotel costs. Please fill out registration and choose cover model as the ticket type.

NOTE TO AUTHORS

I’ve set up a time for ALL AUTHORS to meet prior to the event start. I’ll need EVERYONE to be registered and in the CEDAR ROOM by

**** 5:00 PM CST on THURSDAY 10/22/15. ****

(1 hour prior to the welcome event)

This will allow time for me to meet with the authors prior to the event to discuss set up times, event set up, panels, etc.

This is mandatory for all authors. If you are not able to be at the event at this time, PLEASE email me at info@midwesternbookloversunite.com ASAP and be sure you have all the info you need for your responsibilities.

Last year we had an issue with an author being very upset because she did not have the information required for her responsibilities. She did not receive the numerous emails I sent nor did she get any of the FB notifications in the author group. I took the fall for this even though I did everything possible to get all the information to her. I want to avoid this at all costs.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, all sales are final but can be transferred up to 2 weeks prior to the first day of the event. If you need to transfer a ticket, please contact us HERE and we’ll be sure to take care of that. 

** When you register, your email will be added to our mailing list so you will receive updates as they become available. 

** If you are in the process of getting published, please wait until you have gone through the publishing stages and have a book released before registering.
